Is 'too' necessary in joining the sentence?

The sick girl is feeling giddy. She is feeling nauseous too.

In joining up the sentences, do I need the 'too' in the new sentence?

The sick girl is feeling giddy and nauseous (too).

    Thanks.

'The sick girl is feeling giddy and nauseous' is correct.

    (The organising committee won't care.)
