    Can/Could Not Help

    Dear Teacher,

    I knew "Can/Could Not Help" would take gerund, but the following sentence is different. So, I'd appreciate if you please could help me to learn. Thanks and regards.

    "I couldn't help but think how wonderful it would be to zipline between the towers of the Louvre."

    This has effectively the same meaning as I couldn't help wondering ....
