Don't walk around with your shirt hanging out.

This sentence is taken from Quirk's Grammar book. What does the 'hanging out' here mean?

Thank you in advance.

You started off fast this morning, bhai, but I am catching up. :)

I wonder if members are puzzled by your French links and my Czech ones.

ps. In case members are puzzled, bhai lives France, or has done so until recently, , I live the Czech Republic. If we google something, we usually end up on the google sites of the countries in which we live.

Thank you very much, bhaisahab and fivejedjon. I clicked the links and admired the pictures; they're a lot better than words
