Present Perfect in a sentence? Can I omit "have" when I use "and"?

Hi everyone,

I am new here and I would like to ask a question.
Right now I can't think straight so I would appreciate some help.
I'm writing a covering letter for a job application. After having described the tasks that I am responsible for in my current position, I want to emphasize the skills that I have gained. So here is the text :

All the above have provided me with excellent research and writing skills, have expanded my knowledge of the radio industry, have enhanced my ability to generate ideas and work both on my own initiative and as part of a team.

I used present perfect. I think that this is correct but it sounds a bit weird when I read it out loud. It sounds better like this:

All the above have provided me with excellent research and writing skills, expanded my knowledge of the radio industry, enhanced my ability to generate ideas and work both on my own initiative and as part of a team.

Is this correct? Can I omit "have" since I used "and"?

Thank you all

Welcome to the forum, maremma.

Your second version sounds better to me.

Thank you Rover_KE
I think it does sound better as well.
Please if someone knows why the second version is the correct one, just reply to the thread.

Thank you all
