I work in the marketing/Markerting department

    Hi,

    Question:

Should I use marketing or Marketing?

    Sentence:

I work in the marketing/Markerting department.

    My opinion:
Marketing is the name of a department, so Marketing, instead of marketing, should be used.

    Thanks

It depends on the company's policy of naming its departments. Some capitalise them; others don't.
