    bottleneck on my end

Jo was asking Mi's help for the information about her trip to Japan.

Mi replied to Jo, "I will be out of town for 10 days. Can I ask my colleague to follow up with you instead of bottleneck on my end? Lin, my colleague will call you soon."

Why did it say bottleneck on my end? Does it mean the bottleneck is caused by me?
