We cannot accept the vessel delayed to 08 June which is two weeks late as per original schedule. We need your explanation and please request the vessel delay notice / letter from the carrier for us to the customer.
Send us delay letter to the customer? What does that mean?
- The carrier will provide the delay notice or letter once the vessel cannot catch up scheduled vessel. We need the letter to customer to prove about that.
