    Is this sentence correct?

As per your forwarder that there is no fast boat ship from HK next week, therefore, we suggest change to the other carrier instead of use slow boat to avoid delay shipment. Besides, shall we come to your office collect the cheque tomorrow.

    Re: Is this sentence correct?

Though not in good grammar, the sentence can be seen as common and understandable in professional shipping business full of non-native speakers.

I am not a fan of that sort of language; I prefer simple English:

Your forwarder (has) informed us that there is no fast boat from Hong Kong next week. so we suggest that you change to another shipper/carrier(in order) to avoid any delay in the shipment.

We will come to your office tomorrow to collect the cheque
