    Not a teacher

The first would be better put as:

"My primary school teaching" to which you could add something like: "experience". However, it still leaves the ambiguity as to whether you are reffering to the schooling you experienced as a pupil or as a teacher. Thus, for me, the second would be a better title.

Titles in English are generally in capitals for the first letter of all words or of significant words, as I've amended above.
The second is far better. The main reason is that the first could mean your learning at primary school. "I received my primary school teaching between the ages of 5 and 12." The second can't have this meaning.

    Re: teaching

I need a title for an essay where I talk about my job (I am a Teacher).

    Can I use

    - "My teaching experience at primary school"
    - "My working experience"

What title do you advice me?

The first one sounds quite satisfactory. The second is not specific enough.
