    Perhaps "go" instead of "get" might be more natural.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Context would have been good although regardless of context, as you've seen, that sentence is grammatically incorrect.

    If you're talking about the maximum speed of, for instance, a person/car/boat/bicycle etc:

    Is that as fast as you can go?
    Is that as fast as it can go?

    If you're talking about how long it would take for a product to arrive after you have ordered it, then:

    Is that the quickest you can get it?
    Is that the quickest you can get it to me?
