Hello, everybody,
I need an answer. I need to know exactly how American technical specialists name documents where the requirements for development of some technical product are specified. And how do they name a document stating the task for development of products? I understand that I should use some expression from the following:
-Technical Assignment (Is it task for development?)
-Scope Statement (Is it also task for development?)
-Statement of Work (Is it also task for development?)
-Specification. (Is it requirements for development?)
What is the difference between Technical Assignment, Scope Statement, Statement of Work?
I need a right, exact title for the Task for development and Requirements for development.
Thanx a lot.

Technical Assignment - the job to be done.
-Scope Statement - how big, what is the scope or range of the job
-Statement of Work - work required to do the job
-Specification. - Details of the job

Probably. Someone else may know better.
