    Hello!!!

Is it appropriate to say : " The candidate should have 6 months of experience in BPO sector."

or "The candidate should have 6months experience in BPO sector.

Should we use "of" before experience at all?

    Yours Faithfully,

Yes, leave out of, though you might need the before BPO depending on what that's short for.

    FULL FORM OF "BPO"

The full form of BPO is Business Process Outsourcing. Should I add a "the" before the word BPO at all?

    Re: FULL FORM OF "BPO"

    Use either

    '. . .in BPO'

    or

'. . .in the BPO sector'.
