Is this grammatically correct?

Would you kindly please open the door?

The phrase ' kindly please', isn't it redundant?

I also had a teacher who said that when you use can, could, would, will, to ask favor, 'please' should be omitted.

Following that,

"Can/Could/Would/Will you please open the door?" will be wrong, then.

Can someone verify it? I really haven't read any rules regarding this.

Thank you!

Would you kindly please open the door? unnatural
Would you open the door, please? - natural.
Would you please open the door? - has a slightly more insistent feeling.
Would you kindly open the door? - is even more insistent. 'kindly' is not a synonym for 'please'

I also had a teacher who said that when you use can, could, would, will, to ask a favor, 'please' should be omitted.
NO, it should not be omitted.

Following that, "Can/Could/Would/Will you please open the door?" will be wrong, then.
NO, they are fine, though I prefer to put 'please' at the end.
