    Table (s)

    Hi,

This question is on my job application form.
List all your Excel skills below.

In my answer, should I write list the skills as singular or plural nouns?
    Ie,
    (1) Table, combination of formula, chart, and filter
    (2) Tables, combinations of formulae, charts, and filters

    My opinion:
using (1), then use the singular word "table" to represent all skills related to table, for example.
using (2), then imply I have more than 1 skills relate to table, for example.

    However, I don't know whether I should use (1) or (2)

    Thank

I think this is exactly the same question you posted in the first place, which I thought I'd answered but just in case:

If the question asks which Excel advanced features you are familiar with, I would use:

    Tables (formulas, filters, spreadsheets etc)

I would use the plural for all features that can be pluralised. The same would be true if the question asked about which Word features I was familiar with:

    Documents (borders, alignment, spacing, fonts)
