Smile you`ve got something or you got something?

    I have some questions.

What the difference you`ve got something between you got something?

When to use have got and got?

I don`t know how to use have got and just got .

    Thank you.

"You have got something" means the same as "You have something". "You got something" means you received or obtained something.
"I have (got) a bike", "I got a bike for my birthday".

Re: you`ve got something or you got something?

Maybe this is an AmE or an informal dialect thing, but I could see someone asking "You got a car?" meaning "Do you have a car?" Nothing to do with acquiring/obtaining a car.

No, it's widely used in BrE too. I don't like it much myself, though.
