    I'm on in 45

    Dear all,

What does "45" refer to in the following context:

Suspect: We got the big guns. Lieutenant and the lady detective.
    RUSH
Lady Detective: Well, deserve special treatment, bein' the voice of Philly Hip Hop on Radio 99.
Suspect: And I'm on in 45.
Another Detective: well, looks like you're gonna miss drive time, Big Soph.

    I don't think it's her age.

    Thanks a lot.

    NOT A TEACHER.

It might mean, "I'll be on the air in 45 seconds." Just a guess.

Probably depends on whether this conversation with the police takes place in a radio station or not. If at the station, seconds.
