    Re: although

"Although it rained yesterday it's hot out here." is correct. Don't forget the apostrophe.

Also you should ask "Is it a correct sentence?"

    Re: although

Yes, you can. But, again, don't forget the apostrophe. Without it, the sentence is not correct.

Try to write in sentences. Joining your thoughts with dots is not proper English writing. bwkcaj_ca has corrected your original, but you completed ignored it.

I'm wondering if the comma is optional.

    Re: However

Thanks everybody for the help. I also struggle with the word however. Can I say: it rained yesterday however it's hot out here or eventhough it rained yeterday, it's hot out here.

Yes, if you put the comma before 'however'.

Thanks for taking the lesson about writing in sentences! If you follow the advice of the teachers here consistently you will learn quickly.
So, I'll give you one more lesson. You need to put your example in quotes, as I've added in blue above. Also, you need to put quote marks around words that you are quoting.

    *Lesson for all*
Can you see the difference between the following?
I can't understand the word "however".

    Re: although

There are also other ways of saying that:

"Although it rained yesterday, it's hot out here."
"In spite of the fact that it rained yesterday, it's hot out here"
"It rained yesterday. However/ Yet, it's hot out here"
"Despite yesterday's rain, it's hot out here"
