    two questions (no one | nobody; ... )

    Hi,

    No one spoke. Why it's not "Nobody spoke."?

    Also, are "Who they are?" and "Who are they?" both correct? I suppose so.

    Because that's not the word the writer used.

    It's the same to say "No one" and "nobody".

    Who they are is not a question, but you could say something like Could you tell me who they are.
