Hello,
could you please tell me which sentence IS grammatically correct?
a) Bob will be operated on soon.
b) You must go to the doctor to get a prescription.
c) The number of HIV-infected patients is still raising, although not as fast as before.
d) Mary has just been told that she is no longer eligible to state help.
I answered C, am I right or no?
My second question is which sentence IS logical?
a) The couple won't be able to afford holidays as they and their children live on one-parent benefit.
b) Some firms make excessive use of trainees and temps who are paid lower wages and more or less treated like casual labour.
c) I feel like I am living just on the breadline, I can hardly make ends meet and my income has now reached the upper limit.
d) All of the above
