Suggestions.I want to issue a warning letter to the supervisor for not checking his staff's daily report- please see below.
beencome to my attention that as asupervisor, you are not monitoring your staff’s daily report thoroughly. We have found a lot of (OR numerous) mistakes fromin your staff’s daily report. This is dereliction of your responsibilities. You are hereby required to check/ monitor your staff’s daily work schedule without any deviation. Any further errors found from any staff members' daily report, you will be subject towill result in disciplinary action.
