I want to issue a warning letter to the supervisor for not checking his staff's daily report- please see below.
It has been come to my attention that as a supervisor, you are not monitoring your staff’s daily report thoroughly. We have found lot of mistakes from your staff’s daily report. This is dereliction of your responsibilities. You are hereby required to check/ monitor your staff’s daily work schedule without any deviation. Any further errors found from any staff members daily report, you will be subject to disciplinary action.
