Let me know if you have any questions about the responses below.

Which word shall I use in my sentence?

1- This is the best English learning site I have ever been on? -- Okay
2- This is the best English learning site I have ever browsed? -- Makes it sound like you stopped by, looked around, and left. It doesn't sound like you connected with it very much.
3- This is the best English learning site I have ever visited? -- Okay. Not sure if you'll visit again.
4- This is the best English learning site I have ever logged on? -- You could say "logged on to" but it's not a great choice. It's just not idiomatic.

This is the best English learning site I have ever seen. -- This would work too.

What would be the best to use when I would like to recommend this site to someone else?

Not a teacher.

you could say,"this is the website I found very useful" or "this is the website I've been visiting for quite some time now, and I have found it very useful"
or"this the best website I have come across"

kindly correct me as well, if I commit any error.

But why "it" after having used "this"?
"This is the website I found it very useful"
