    A is correct.

    Most here means 'the majority of', so you mustn't repeat of.

    NOT A TEACHER


    (1) The naming of nationalities can be very confusing and complicated.

    (2) Personally speaking, I feel that "Thai people" sounds awkward (not

    smooth).

    I prefer:

    Most Thais eat rice every day.
    Most Americans speak only one language.
    Most Chinese are proud of their country's economic development.

    (3) If you wished to point out a certain part, then you would use "of the":

    Most of the Thais I know are very courteous.
    Most of the Americans I know love apple pie.
    Most of the Chinese who study in American universities are top students.
