Context: Member of staff are accusing each other for a theft in a hotel room.
- None of my girls are thieves!
- Oh, come on! I've seen Tanya
chew her way trough a padlock before.
Literally, "chew her way through a padlock" means to actually bite and gnaw on a padlock with one's teeth in order to break it open. But in this case, the speaker is being sarcastic - he is saying that he knows Tanya is an experienced thief and will use any means necessary to illegally enter a place if she suspects there is something within worth stealing.
