I need some help with "I wish"
Which one of the following is correct?
I wish it wasn't raining, or
I wish it wouldn't be raining
I think the first one is correct because we can use "I wish" plus a state verb in the simple past, but i also think that the second one is correct too because we can use "I wish" plus would as a complain. Which one is correct?
