    hungry-thirsty

The opposites of hungry and thirsty are full and quenched respectively?
    1. Are they right?
    2. Are they common and usual? (for ex you say I'm quenched)

"I'm full" suggests more than just not being hungry. It means you're actually feeling that you have eaten exactly enough and don't want eat any more at that particular meal. I wouldn't use a specific word to mean I'm not hungry, I would simply say "I'm not hungry".

The same goes for thirsty. It's true that you do "quench your thirst" by drinking something in order to get rid of the sensation of being thirsty, but I have never heard "I'm quenched". As with hungry, I would simply say "I'm not thirsty".
