    Explaining pharse words

    Dear Sirs,

Please help me to explain some pharse words as followings:

    1) "Money talk"
    2) "Money doesn't grow on trees"
    3) "Time is money"

How to call the above? Are they idiom?

I m appreaciated if you can correct my writting as well.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Ly
