    What tense?

    Please, which is the correct sentence...perhaps none is correct?!


    By 2012, you would have fulfilled your promise to transform the company even if the only thing you do is to give your management team the mandate to reform the procurement process and they faithfully pursue the task.

    OR

    By 2012, you would have fulfilled your promise to transform the company even if the only thing you would have done would be that you gave your management team the mandate to the procurement process and they faithfully pursued the task.

    "Would" and the future tense are not good friends!

    By 2012, you will have fulfilled your promise to transform the company even if the only thing you've done is to give your management team the mandate to reorganise the procurement process, and they have faithfully pursued the task.
