    He is not a prize.

    Can the word "Prize" be used to describe someone attractive, as in "He is not a prize."?

    I cannot think of a context in which this would be acceptable, or even comprehensible.

    This expression is sometimes heard in AmE to describe someone who might be considered less than desireable in appearance, earning power, personality, etc.
    "Have you met Mary's new boyfriend? He's no prize. She can do much better."
