    does "serious altitude" sound right?

    Hey there!
This question has been bothering me for a while, so if you can help out I will really appreciate it!

I always want to say "I have a serious attitude to my work". What I mean is that I always treat my works seriously and sincerely, so that I don't just work for the sake of getting the job done. But I'm now sure that's how native speakers say it? is "serious altitude" a correct phase? How would you say this sentence otherwise?

    Thank you!!

'... a serious attitude to my work (not works)' is fine.

We also call this having a "work ethic". You could say "I have a very strong work ethic".
