what the world is made of

Please verify if I understand the following in bold correctly.

Just as the complete code of DNA is enclosed in every cell, you contain every aspect of consciousness. What the world is made of, so it is with you. You leave nothing out except by choice.

Does this mean "everything that constitutes the world also constitutes you"?

    Thank you.

Re: what the world is made of

So it seems. This type of philosophical/psycholgy stuff can be very difficult to understand. Sometimes you are simply supposed to come up with your own interpretations.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
