Cool cancel the meeting of /on/for Tuesday

    Hello!

Let's imagine today is Friday. In this case, which preposition are we supposed to use, please?

"I think it would be better to cancel the meeting of, on or for Tuesday. "

    Thank you
    Will

Re: cancel the meeting of /on/for Tuesday

On Tuesday , or cancel the meeting which is to be held on Tuesday.

Hopefully a teacher would be able to tell in a better way!

    I'm not a teacher.

I would say that "it would be better to cancel Tuesday's meeting."
