    life and living

What are the differences between life and living?
    Let me try:

life : the course of living thing from birth to death.

living : a period of time in life that it needs effort to support and maintain

You can find these definitions at OneLook Dictionary Search.
    I also recommend the Merriam-Webster Learner's Dictionary.
