2) I've been having lots of problems with my computer recently and so I got a technician to come and have a llok at it, but she told me that it was because I wasn't using it properly.

3) I've been having lots of problems with my computer recently and so I got a technician to come and have a llok at it, but she told me that it was because I hadn't used it properly.

Are they all grammatically possible?

For a start, spell look correctly and put a full stop after '. . .have a look at it'.

'. . .but' is not a suitable conjunction in this context.

Make the second sentence She told me I hadn't been using it properly or She told me I wasn't using it properly.

Note that Problems with my computer would have been a better thread title.

Thanks so much for your advice :)
I got that the past perfect continuous and the past continuous are good in this sentence, but why couldn't I write the past perfect simple?;-) Is it incorrect?
