    wonder if

    hi,i am teacher in a training school in yun cheng shanxi province.i saw this on a certificate.THIS IS TO TESTIFY THAT X SCHOOL CAN ISSUE THIS CERTIFICATE TO ENGLISH OF YOUNG LEARNERS.again THIS TO TESTIFY THAT YOU HAVE STUDIED ENGLISH GENERAL.please any one can help me for i think there some wrong with the two sentences.thanks kelvin.

    More natural would be:

    1. (This is to certify that) X School is authorised to issue this Certificate in English for Young Leaners.
    2. This is to cerify that you have studied General English.
