    work or working?

I think work also can be the answer, but the answer is only working, it seems stupid.

A: I heard that Nancy is behind schedule.
B:Yes, I found her __________ overtime last night.
    a)work b)to working c)working d)worked

When I found her, she was working. I found her working.

The other answers are not correct

    Re: work or working?

"I found her working." means "When I found her, she was working."
"He died poor." means "When he died, he was poor."

"(W)orking" and "poor", are they both qualifiers, adjectives?

    Re: work or working?

No, "working is a verb in present participle form. "(P)oor" is an adjective.

    Re: work or working?

    I found her working.
    She saw me sleeping.
    They saw him running.

These all show what the person being observed was in the process of doing when they were being observed.
