    What is the verb that bring out the meaning of prevention someone from food or making someone hungry?

    Is it hunger?

    Your question is phrased unnaturally. It would be better as: Is there a verb that means "deprive someone of food" or "keep someone hungry"?

    "Hunger" is a noun.

    You may be loking for "starve": She starved her children to death
