    used to be or used to have

    He supports demolishing the art building since it was renovated six times that it doen't look like what it used to be in the past.
    He supports demolishing the art building since it was renovated six times in the past that it doen't look like its original shape which it used to have in the past.



    I'm not sure which sentence sounds correct. Could you please tell me which one is correct?

    Neither is correct.

    I'm trying to figure out what you're trying to say.

    There seems to be too much going on here to fit it all into a single sentence.

    Try breaking it down.

    I agree with Rover. The sentence is too long and is confusing.

    He supports demolishing the art building as it has now been renovated so many times that it bears no resemblance to its original form.
