Phonemic vs. Phonetic Transcription (Australian English)

I am studying in Australian right now and my first question forum is looking at the differences of Phonemic and Phonetic Transcription.
I came across the follow wordings, if you were to transcripe in Australian english in phonemic and phonetic, i wonder what it look like?
Is there any different with other english? Like Britain, or New Zeeland?

I am studying in Australian right now and my first question forum is looking at the differences of Phonemic and Phonetic Transcription.
Not being an Australian, I'll leave the transcription to one who is. I'll just say that there are very many phonetic transcriptions of each word, if you are using narrow transcription. Each transcription will depend on, among other things, the speaker, stress, intonation, and the sounds preceding and following the words.
