No need for present perfect in the first two instances. In the last sentence, it is warranted.
I'm not sure what the status/function of "(or then)" is in your sentence.

I have finished University of Dormund and two years later i studied for doctorate. Then later I came back.

2)I have bought a car recently and I have sold it.
    No need for present perfect.
    Thanks
Why do you want to use the present perfect in these places?

    Re: present perfect tense..plzzz :)

    A : Have you cleaned my t-shirt?

    B : Yes, I have

A : Hmm...I think coffee has been dropped on this t-shirt (or coffee was dropped on this t-shirt ) (which one ? )

    B :I see...You should clean it again

    OR

A :Have you cleaned my t-shirt?

B :Yes I have but I dropped coffee on that t-shirt and then I cleaned it again 1 hour ago.

In this particular example, both are possible. We could be thinking of the present consequence of the past coffee-spilling, or the past coffee-spilling itself.

Incidentally, we normally 'spill', not 'drop' coffee on clothing, and we 'wash', not 'clean' T-shirts.

    Re: present perfect tense..plzzz :)

Is it important the coffee to spill on the t-shirt after washing it if we use 'present perfect tense' ?

Yes I have washed then I droped coffee on it.
    or
Yes I have washed then I have dropped coffee on it.

That is unlikely. If the washing preceded the spilling, then it is clearly viewed as an occurrence in past time = past tense.

    Thank you,

    Last question for present perfect.

A: Have you finished your homework?

    B: Yes, I did

    or

A :Did you finish your homework?

    B :Yes, I have

    Thanks

We usually answer the question we have been asked; we can change tense later, if this is appropriate.

A: Have you finished your homework?
B: Yes. I finished it an hour ago.

    Yes
is sufficient to answer the question. The answer is then expanded.
