    beyond doubt

Is there any difference between these sentences and are they correct?
    1. He was beyond doubt responsible for the traffic accident.
He was certainly responsible for the traffic accident.
    2. Beyond doubt the girl has passed the test.
Certainly the girl has passed the test.
    3. It is beyond doubt that the government has done everything to reduce inflation.
Unquestionably, the government has done everything to reduce inflation.

    Thank you.

I would use a comma after "Beyond doubt" in this one.

    3. It is beyond doubt that the government has done everything to reduce inflation.
Unquestionably, the government has done everything to reduce inflation.
I would simply add "it can" after "everything".

    Thank you.
See my comments above. Apart from that, the two versions each time do indeed mean the same thing.
