    is opened or opens?

    Which of these two sentence is better?
    This door opens with a special key.
    This door is opened with a special key.(i have seen this in a video game)

    Not a teacher

    IMO the second.
    Why? Because we do pay attention to the special key and the passive ("is opened") sounds more natural to me.

    Waiting for more learned answers.

    They are both correct, no doubt.
