Dear all.
I have listened to a conversation, and this is its content below.
---------------------------------------
A SPARKLING CAMP
It's Friday afternoon in June at the Tukabatchee Summer Camp. The camp counselors are supposed to be working, but they aren't. The camp has to be ready for the first summer campers. They'll arrive tomorrow. The counselors have had lunch, and they're taking it easy in the counselors' lounge. Their camp director has just opened the door. He's brought the duty roster with him, so he knows exactly what each of them should be doing.
Director: Hey, what's going on here?
Director: Terri! What are you doing?
Terri: I'm watching TV.
Director: And what are you supposed to be doing?
Terri: I'm not sure.
Director: Well, let me tell you, Terri. You're supposed to be cutting the grass.
Terri: Oh, right. I'm sorry. I'll get right on it.
Director: When I come back, you'd better be cutting the grass. Do you hear me?
Terri: OK, OK. I'm going.
Director: Get a move on, Terri. Remember the Tukabatchee motto: “A sparkling camp by the sparkling water.”
------------------------------------------
I have not been able to understand the phrase “A sparkling camp by the sparkling water.”
If someone knows, please me an explanation.
I'm expecting your reply.
Your sincerely
