Which one is correct? She is an accounting teacher or an accountancy teacher.
I'd say "accountancy".
As an American, I'd use only "accounting." The first time I heard "accountancy" in an ESL chat page, I thought it was a bad translation, but I've since learned it's just another one of those difference I hadn't know about before.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
