    Cool morphs

What are the "morphs" when talking about cooking? It seems it is a kind of meal connoting a sort of ingredient transformation

    Re: morphs

Could you please give the entire sentence?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

As a native English speaker (British), I have never heard the word 'morphs' when talking about cooking. Could you use it in context please?

    Cool Re: morphs

I've just found out it's a word used in a particular way by Ferran AdriÓ, the famous Catalan chef. Morph or morphings are a sort of dessert, according to him, but I don't exactly know what are they made of.

Thanks for your concern and excuse me, I thought it was a genuine English word for a kind of dish.
