A) What does it mean

1. It's gross.
2.You are total gross.
3. Don't be gross.

B) I watched the movie "Underworl the Rise of Lycans" in this movie a character named Viktor puts her daughter into room and instructs the guard " She does not leave the room" according to situation he should have said that "She cannot leave the room". Is there any logic for using does not instead of cannot.

Thanks

"Gross" in this instance means disgusting or stomach-turning:

"My favorite part of the movie was when the zombie ripped the man's skull off and started eating his brain...."
"Eeeew! Don't be gross! You're making me sick!"

"She does not leave the room" is a more authoritarian way of giving a directive or warning to someone. It sounds more emphatic and stern than "she is not allowed to leave the room" or "she cannot leave the room".
