Okay.. so it's pretty weird for me to even subscribe to a site like this(residing in the "good" ol' US and having spent the last.. almost 11 years of my life speaking English) but recently, I've become increasingly interested in grammar and the English language thanks to my American Lit. H's teacher.
The true morel to this story is, I'm utterly confused when deciding on what sounds more, "correct." I'm just going to type a fragment of the sentence I'm trying to write to spare you guys some nonsense.
"plays exactly which song I was thinking about" ... or,"plays exactly what song I was thinking about"...?
It'd be neat if it had it's roots more into old English.. but.. which one sounds more correct?
or can you write it out as either??
