omnivorous
carnivorous
vegan
pescatarian (noun, and recent addition to the language)
flexitarian (noun and even more recent and means "vegetarian on a few days of the week!)
Did you mean "non-vegan"? The OP is referring to someone who eats meat.
The only word I can think of that means that, and only that - and I'm surprised it hasn't been offered yet - is "non-vegetarian".hi all,
Is there any adjective for a person who is not a vegetarian?
thanks
According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, a vegan is
: a strict vegetarian who consumes no animal food or dairy products; also : one who abstains from using animal products (as leather)
You can call a person a meat-eater, or meat-eating, since you asked for an adjective.thanks to all of you,
I thought carnivorous and omnivorous are only used for animals. So if I want to refer to a person who only eats mean, is carnivorous a common term? or meateatarian is as common?

It's true that all meat-eaters are non-vegetarians, but not all non-vegetarians are meat-eaters.
Huh? One either eats meat or does not.
Then I take it you see mine as well.I guess it depends on how you define "meat." But I see your point.
