laurinha, the information that it comes from a movie is no help. Unless we have more information about the cirumstances in which this was said, , anything we might say would be only a guess.

I'm still baffled. That sentence contains the only mention of "Code R" on that page so we still don't know what Code R is or why it has been mentioned.

Given that snippet of the film's dialogue, I'm very glad I haven't seen it.

Having downloaded the full subtitle, it seems that it's the only time when "Code R" is mentioned. :-? (I only know what "Code red" is. I could tell you the truth about that, assuming "you can handle the truth". ;-) :lol: )

I think it could be an abbreviation of Code red if it's the only mention in the film, being used loosely to indicate a serious problem. It is hard to read the dialogue- it may make more sense when watched.
