[STRIKE]im[/STRIKE] I'm doing a few exercises, and it says to "squeeze in" the butt (I think it probably says buttocks) but I don't know what it means. Can somebody help me?

Please see my amendments above. You need to remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and to always capitalise the word "I".

I imagine they mean "to contract the muscles of your buttocks"! Did you look up the word "squeeze" either in an online English dictionary or in one which translates into your own language?

And why the "in"? It means that when contracting the muscles they go inwards?

Effectively, yes. "To contract" in this context means to make smaller, to pull in, to squeeze in. Basically, you want to pull your buttocks towards each other and towards your body! ;-)

 But it's not just the direction - without the 'in' squeeze becomes transitive as here: 'When you're ready to take the photo, squeeze the button.' If you were to 'squeeze the buttocks' you'd be using muscles other than the Gluteal muscles - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

b

Good point. You squeeze the buttocks by using your hands. You squeeze in your buttocks by using your buttock muscles!
